Shipping Fee Policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total:

  • Orders $121.29 and below → Shipping fee: $8.72

  • Orders $121.30 and aboveFree shipping

This threshold is automatically applied at checkout.

You can use it to monitor your delivery status in real time.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Please contact our support team immediately

  • We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external factors, but we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • Delivery delays may occur

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
