Order Cancellation 

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.

Once the order has been processed or dispatched:

  • Cancellation is no longer available

  • The item must follow the return process after delivery

Return Process

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

After approval, we will provide:

  • Return instructions

  • Return address

  • Next steps for shipping the item back

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe packaging during return shipment.

Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days after approval

  • Bank or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund

If the return does not meet conditions, a partial refund or rejection may apply.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will prioritize replacement or refund depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items showing signs of use or damage not caused during shipping

  • Items returned without original packaging or missing parts

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
