Order Cancellation Policy

Policy Overview

At Tranzulio, we understand that customers may need to change or cancel an order shortly after placing it. This policy explains when and how cancellations can be made, as well as the conditions under which a cancellation may or may not be approved.

Cancellation Timeframe

Orders can generally be canceled within 24 hours after purchase, as long as they have not entered fulfillment or shipping preparation.

Once an order moves into processing stages such as:

  • Warehouse picking

  • Packaging

  • Label creation

    it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Requesting a Cancellation

To submit a cancellation request, please contact our support team and include:

  • Order number

  • Email used at checkout

  • Reason for cancellation (optional but recommended)

Our team will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible based on the order status.

Successful Cancellation Outcome

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • The order will be stopped before shipment

  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time is typically 2–5 business days after approval

  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been initiated

Partial or Unavailable Cancellation

In some cases, cancellation may not be fully possible:

  • If the order has already been packed or shipped, cancellation will be denied

  • If only part of the order has been processed, partial cancellation may apply

  • Custom or special handling orders may not be eligible for cancellation at any time

After Shipping Has Started

Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has left the warehouse:

  • The order is considered final

  • Cancellation is no longer possible

  • Customers may instead follow the return process after delivery

We strongly recommend reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout. This includes product selection, quantity, shipping address, and contact information. Changes after submission are not guaranteed.
